So it seems that while we’re more than happy to hoover down whatever Dan Kluger, Gabe Thompson, Emma Hearst, Tien Ho, George Mendes, César Ramirez, Carlo Mirarchi, Rich Torrisi, and Mario Carbone put in front of us, we can’t be bothered to vote for them. Or more likely we can, but with our forks instead of a mouse.

Emma Hearst, left, and, who own the Italian restaurant Sorella on the Lower East Side, are turning the adjacent storefront into a bright little cafe and retail sweet shop called Stellina. All whitewash and pale marble, it’s set to open on Sunday.

Barker and Hearst represent Sorella, an Italian restaurant in New York. They will compete against Chef Michael Symon, a Cleveland chef who is a veteran of the TV network and former winner of  The Next Iron Chef.
