Star Wars The Old Republic:Three versions of SWTOR are available to pre-order: Standard Edition, Digital Duluxe and Collector’s Edition.The game is based on the time of the early republic. When Clone troopers were just introduced into the Republic’s army as the ordinary foot soldier. A time when the republic was at it’s darkest.

Does this suggest that EA are less than confident in the game’s ability to attract, and more importantly, hold the attention of the MMO gaming crowd in sufficient numbers to make a commercial success? Could the severely steep pricing represent a scramble to recoup the development cost while hype remains high?

The game lets YOU make YOUR story in the old republic of star wars. Choose from classes from bounty hunter to Clone trooper. In each story sequence, decision you make are VERY important. They will decide whether or not you will be a humble Mercenary or an elite Jedi Warrior.
